6. Fees and Charges

No upfront fee: A fully refundable deposit may be collected to begin the funding process. If we are unable to secure funding, this deposit will be refunded in full.
Higher upfront, lower backend: Clients may choose to pay more upfront in exchange for lower or no performance-based fees.
Custom arrangements: During our consultation (via Zoom or phone), a custom fee structure may be developed to match your funding needs.
All pricing terms will be clearly presented in writing and agreed upon prior to any payment.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Services if:
False or misleading information is provided
You violate applicable laws or regulations
You misuse or abuse the Services
In such cases, termination may be immediate. In all other cases, we will provide a minimum of five (5) days’ notice before ending service.
8. Disclaimers
Our Services are offered “as is” without warranties, guarantees, or representations of success. While we leverage proven strategies, we do not guarantee specific funding amounts, terms, or approvals. Nor are we responsible for the financial outcomes of your business decisions.
However, we stand by our performance:
If we fail to secure funding according to your agreed terms, any refundable deposits or fees paid under a money-back guarantee will be honored in full as per the written agreement.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, All Above Consulting LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California. Any legal disputes shall be resolved exclusively in courts located within California.
11. Changes to the Agreement
We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Material changes will be announced via email or on our Platform at least 10 days in advance. Continued use of the Services after such notice constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
